Easter

Every year on the Saturday before Easter we have a cookout at my grandmas. This was the first year MaCade was able to go, because he has always worked on Saturdays. We had a fun time with all of my family. It was pretty cold to stay outside and eat so most of us roasted or hot dogs and then went inside to eat. Grandma always has a six pack of eggs for each of us to color, cupakes for us to decorate, and an easter egg hunt (that the adults can even participate in). This year because it was so cold and the ground was wet she created a little bag of goodies for each one of us. I sure love my grandma she is such a great lady. I love all the traditions that we have with her. I always look forward to getting together with family over all the different holidays. After we were done with grandma's cookout we went with MaCade's family and road fourwheelers and went shooting. After we got done we went back to his moms and had dinner. We made homemade french fries and they tasted so good. We had a great Easter weekend with both sides of the family. I am so glad for our families and the fun memories we have with each of them.

Spring Break

This week was spring break for me, but of course because I work full time we didn't get to go anywhere nice and sunny. We did however at least get out of Logan for the weekend. We went down to Provo and hung out with my cousins and had a great time. While we were down there we went and saw the movie Vantage Point, played the Nintendo Wii (that was our first time and I definitely want to get one), and MaCade got to get his 1st golf game of the year in. Since I work on campus and there are no students around it has been a very slow week. I have hardly done anything productive, I did get to watch the USU basketball yesterday while at work, I guess you could call that being productive.
