Quick Update

I just needed to post a 6 month update for Asher before I forget what he does at 6 months. He started sitting up on the 29th of July. He loves to sit with his basket of toys by him and pulls them out one by one. When the toys are all out he gets a little upset and is done playing. He always wants to have something in his hands when he is eating. I started him on a couple finger foods just before he turned 6 months. He tried Gerber puffs, green beans, bananas, and a little bread. He loved all of them. Now we are onto trying all sorts of things. at his 6 month check he weighed 17.25lbs (41%) and was 27.75 in(86%). So he is a tall skinny boy, where his sister was always about equal in height and weight for percentile. Asher also got 2 teeth one on the 18th and the next one came on the 20th. He loves to be on the move and wants to get everything around him. He isn't much for the heat, which means we stay indoors a lot when he is awake. He has reverted back to waking up 2 sometimes 3 times a night, which is not good on mommy. I guess I am just not meant to have kids that sleep well.

Emry also had her 3 year old check up. She is always at the high end of the charts. She is just a big girl. She is wearing 4or 5T clothes already and is barely turning 3. At her check up she weighed 37.2lbs (94%) and was 39.75 in (97%). The doctor said she was just fine because her height and weight are both at the top of the charts. She loves to pretend as I have said before, but she is into giving us names. The names we use are Haul-a, Hula, Heya, Che-Choo, Clayton (about the only normal name), and CeCe. She is so funny at this age. When she wants to pretend she is meeting us she will shake our hand and say How to beat ya (Nice to meet ya). We love her and Ashy boy so much and wouldn't trade them in for the world.
